• We keep our leaves at room temperature - We store our leaves at room temperature at around 25 Celsius to maintain freshness.
• We collect only the top three leaves - We handpick fresh organic tea leaves, which are then aged for less than four months to ensure freshness, flavor, and aroma. 
• We grow our tea organically - Our tea is also organic, which always yields the highest quality premium tea leaves.
