Track your order by following these steps:
1. Click “My Account”.
2. Choose the order you want to track.
3. If the order is in progress, click “View Your Tracking”.
4. If you face any issues, contact our call center at 1245 (except on holidays) or send a message to our LINE OA @singhaonline between 8 AM and 6 PM (except Sundays and holidays).
5. Singha Online delivery operates hours from 08:00-18:00 and except on holidays and public holidays (refer to the company's calendar).
